Machinery safety and the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 – preparing for 2027
Functional safety of machinery, correctly selected protective devices, and carefully implemented safety automation are at the heart of the EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. Machinery entering the EU market must comply with the requirements of the Machinery Regulation from January 20, 2027.
