Flexible insulation for pipes and hoses
Ouda Piper® is a flexible, quick-install line insulation. It suits both temporary and permanent insulation of pipes and hoses. The zipper makes installing and removing the insulation fast. Modules can be joined end to end and side by side, so it fits pipes of different lengths and sizes. The standard module is one metre long. Other lengths are available on request.
The insulation surface has hook-and-loop patches (Velcro-type fastening areas). You can use them to mark the line easily, for example with flow direction, substance labels, warnings or position markings. The surface material comes in several colours, so lines can be colour-coded.
Ouda Piper’s rubber foam is made from a durable material resists water, mould and rot.. It has a wide operating temperature range of −40 °C to +120 °C.

Spray guard for flanges and hoses
The flange and hose guard is a quick-install spray guard for pipe, flange and hose joints in demanding industrial sites. It is designed to limit damage when a joint fails. It does this by directing any leak safely downwards or to the side. This stops hazardous substances from spreading into the surroundings and the work area.
The spray guard improves personnel safety by reducing the risk of burns, chemical exposure and slips. It also protects equipment, structures and production from leak damage, and helps prevent production stoppages. The quick-install design makes protection fast and practical. The product is especially suited to sites that handle pressurised, hot or chemically hazardous liquids.
The ballistic fabric used in the guard withstands short-term temperatures above +200 °C and continuous use from −30 °C to +80 °C. Several type-C standards, such as EN ISO 3457, require hoses to be protected against leaks and failures. This makes the guard a reliable way to improve safety and operational reliability. Its durable build and easy installation make it effective protection for many kinds of industrial pipe and hose joints.
